Anthony (Tony) James Strasser

Officer
Mr Strasser has been involved in taxation, corporate
finance and advisory services for more than 12 years, having gained
experience initially in the taxation division of Arthur Andersen, and
subsequently reaching senior management level with Coopers & Lybrand
in their Corporate Finance division. More recently, Mr Strasser has held senior positions with boutique
investment and advisory firms Inteq Limited and
Claymore Capital in Sydney
focusing on financial management, due diligence assignments, mergers and
acquisitions, and both private and public capital raisings.
Mr Strasser brings a broad base of corporate
and financial experience to Anzon, having
worked with companies involved in a range of industries including resources,
mining, telecommunications, leisure and financial services.
Mr Strasser is also Company Secretary of Anzon Energy Limited.

Gillian Nairn
Joint Company Secretary

Ms Nairn was appointed as a solicitor of New South Wales in 1991.
She has worked in commercial law firms for 8 years. Prior to her appointment as Company Secretary, Ms Nairn was working as Special Counsel
in the Workplace Relations group of a medium sized commercial law firm. In addition to her role as Joint Company Secretary of the Company,
Ms Nairn also performs the role of Joint Company Secretary of Anzon Energy Limited.

Ken Grieves

Mr
Grieves is a petroleum geophysicist with over twenty years of experience
in seismic interpretation. After beginning his career in data processing
with Geophysical Service International he spent ten years with Esso Australia,
working primarily on exploration and development projects in the Gippsland Basin. In 1991 he began consulting
in seismic interpretation, specialising in depth conversion. Mr Grieves
has consulted to most of Australia’s
larger oil and gas companies.

Lester Campbell (Cam) Rathie
Upstream Petroleum Pty Limited – Contractor

Mr Rathie is a director and principal consultant of
Upstream Petroleum , which will be the day-to-day operational management
contractor for the Basker and Manta oil field
developments.
Mr Rathie commenced his 30-year career in the
oil industry working worldwide with service companies Core Laboratories
and Otis Engineering. This has provided him with extensive experience in
well testing, well performance monitoring and wellbore
maintenance. Mr Rathie’s work has taken
him to Australia, Indonesia, Mexico,
Canada and Dubai.
In 1988 Mr Rathie was appointed to an
operations management role with BHP Petroleum for offshore projects
located in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Vietnam. Field production
management, well testing and maintenance were a feature of his
assignments in the Northern Territory
and Western Australia.
Mr Rathie spent two years in Vietnam
establishing the first offshore oilfield production operation by a
western company in that country.
In 1997 Mr Rathie formed Upstream Petroleum
with Mark Paton, providing project and operational management and
engineering services to the Australian oil and gas industry, with offices
in Darwin, Melbourne and Perth and currently employing over
eighty full time employees.

Mark Paton

After
completing his studies at Leeds University in 1980, Mr Paton joined BP
Exploration as a Petroleum Engineer and worked in the UK and Dutch sectors of the North Sea,
BP’s head office in London and in Qatar. In
1989 he emigrated to Australia
and joined BHP Petroleum in Northern Australia.
Mr Paton’s initial assignments with BHP
involved project managing a number of subsea
well completion programmes in Northern Australia including the Jabiru,
Challis, Skua and Griffin subsea well
developments. From 1993 to 1997 Mr Paton was Production and latterly
General Manager for the operation of three FPSO’s
in the Timor Sea, the Jabiru, Challis
and Skua Venture FPSO’s. In this role he
was directly responsible for managing over 250 employees and an operating
budget in excess of $75 million per annum.
In 1997 Mr Paton formed Upstream Petroleum with Cam Rathie,
providing project and operational management and engineering services to
the Australian oil and gas industry, with offices in Darwin, Melbourne and Perth
and currently employing over eighty full time employees.
Mr Paton is a member of the Institute
of Chemical Engineers
and is a Chartered Engineer.

Shau-Yee Wong

Mr
Wong has had 38 years experience in the oil and gas industry – 22
years full time staff with Shell, 6 years with Esso
Australia,
and more than 10 years as an independent consultant. During this time Mr Wong
has worked in Brunei,
the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Malaysia,
Indonesia, Australia (including the Bass Strait) and Myanmar, holding staff positions such as
Section Leader of the Shell/Esso operated
Northern North Sea Fields in Shell UK Expro and
Head of Reservoir Engineering Department in Sarawak Shell Berhad, Malaysia.
Mr Wong has extensive experience in Reservoir Engineering, including well
testing and reservoir simulation.

Friedlander
Commercial/legal counsel

Ms
Friedlander has been practicing corporate and commercial law for over 18
years, in both private and corporate practise. She has extensive experience
in the oil and gas industry in Australia (onshore and offshore and
including Bass Strait) and internationally.
Cate has worked for BP Australia, ESSO Australia and, most recently, was
General Counsel for Novus Petroleum Limited from 1996-2003. Cate now
practices as an independent legal consultant to the resources industry.
