The development and production activities of Anzon Australia will be initially contracted to Upstream Petroleum Pty Limited ("Upstream Petroleum").

Upstream Petroleum is a hydrocarbon production operations service company with design and management expertise in oil and gas facilities, floating production systems and sub-sea field developments. This company provides contract operations and consultancy services to the oil exploration and production industry across the upstream professional disciplines from well completions to facility management. Upstream Petroleum has an experienced team of supervisory personnel and service technicians who provide on-site service.

Upstream Petroleum focuses its services on upstream oil and gas projects located in Australia and South East Asia where its directors have specific knowledge regarding the safety, environmental, industrial relations and regulatory requirements for operating oil and gas production facilities.

Upstream Petroleum has operating offices in Darwin, Melbourne and Perth. It currently operates the gas plant for the Patricia Baleen gas fields in Gippsland, Victoria and provides experienced personnel and management to TXU Gas Storage Pty Ltd for their Iona and North Paaratte operations in western Victoria.
